Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good way to configure qmail for a newbie in qmail/sendmail administration?

I've a webmin module called qmailwebmin but I am not sure how stable it is. Is there a better program that can help me configure qmail?

Also, any good resources on the web for qmail configuration?

the best ive found is:

follow the instructions and copy and paste the commands it gives you into the Telnet/SSH session and everything will go fine.

the webmail and pop configuration is a little more difficult, but persevere and everything will work fine.

im not brilliant on *nix and i managed to install it all without a problem.

qmailadmin + vpopmail are nice additions if you want to use qmail for multiple domains. They can be a tad bit tricky to get setup originally, though. If you follow the directions it's not that bad:
