I have outlook express, and i made folders in inbox to save copies of emails by names, but i got crash of win98, i copied outlook express to my other drive in which all data of email saved, but after fresh installation of win98 i got backup of previous data of outlook, but i got problem that my all folders are not getting all msgs. how i can get that one, i have that file names in outlook express folder but not getting via outlook software, i tried to open in notpad that files but seems that they are in encrypted form.
what i do to get that because i have some important email add there ?

I am not 100% sure on this because I use the bat now for email but I think its a .psd file you are looking for, not to be confused with a photoshop .psd file.

I saw outlok last time 2 years ago, but I think you need .PST file. Then you would use Outlook's import feature, and point to that PST (personal folder) file.

Yes I have these files, and i did import , but its not getting all emails of subfolders of inbox folder, i mean i have many subfolders in inbox to keep all emails with indivisual company name, but after import all folders showing their name and subfolders, but no messages in subfolders
then i checked through explorer, but i saw all files in outlooks folder in good ,
but not msg coming in outlook subfolders,
i need only only email addresses, how i can get that, any way to read that outlook extension files ?
notepad or what ? but in notepad i tried but they are seems to be in encrypted form,

Also what is best way to keep all emails of your clients by catagery ?
