Right now, my website http://www.pbweb.f2s.com/ is hosted on F2S.com -- pretty reliable but still has its limits. So I'm looking for a host that can meet my requirements.

My targeted monthly price for SHARED HOSTING is between $10 and $30 USD/month. Please also indicate the yearly price, if applicable. I prefer UNIX or LINUX as the hosting platform, and any setup fees are fine as long as they do not exceed $50.

The minimum requirements are:

A reliable and reputable web host with 24-hour tech support
100MB disk space
10 Gigabytes bandwidth
CGI-BIN access, custom CGI scripts allowed
Support for Perl 5, PHP4 + Zend, Sendmail, SSI
