Hi,
I have to apolgise for anything i have said negative about tera-byte.com over the past few weeks. Steve Keyser personally called me today to explain the entire problem with connection to my server.
Tera-byte were unaware of the problem to one area of there network that was causing slow responses times from servers. They now do know what the is problem and have techs working on it as you read this. Too much traffic was being pushed accross and when i say too much i mean a lot 400 gigs on some servers. This being pushed across one area between six hundred servers does cause a massive slow down. And i thank Steve for taking the time to phone me and explain the problem in detail and this goes to show he is serious about customer service. He explained the problem which turned out there wasnt really a problem with email responses. I guess its the difference in how we say things in the UK as apposed to the USA and Canada and its easy to get them mixed up.
Sorry Tera-byte and keep up the good work.
