Id like to hear some opinions as to support and uptime regarding RAQ 4's. Considering outsourcing a small web site instead of using our internal network.

Well am new at this RaQ thing for 4 weeks now and choose dailtone. They have been great with all the support i need 24hrs aday...:)

I have heard good things about all three. All of them are major players in Cobalt raq hosting. You may want to
look in to 4webspace.com

Apart from a network outage, which lasted for a few hours, I'm quite happy with RackShack. The bottom line is: if you don't need technical support, RackShack are an excellent provider.
