I got this message.

As you know, your free Namezero membership has expired. However, our records show that your domain xx*********** is currently registered by Namezero through 2/8/2002 . Because of this unusual situation, we are temporarily dropping the price for you to reclaim your domain from $34.95 all the way down to $9.95!

Does this mean I pay $9.95 to transfer the name to me and use it's plus service to 02/08/2002?

Thanks.

I'm guessing it's just to renew the domain with them; not transfer it to you. But why not email them and ask?

I decided to take them up on one of there offers like that, and had no way to change ns records or anything, all I could use was frame redirect, I still can't get that domain back, because they are just setting on it......

The reason I posted here is because I hope to get quicker responses.

I will email namezero now. If I own the domain, $9.95 is not too bad and I can do what ever I want after it expires. Yes, I will check with it.

Thank for all the replies.

May 76ers win the the title!

hehe, i doubt that they will allow you to get full ownership of the domain for $9.95 unless they decided to be REAL NICE :D IMO, namezero was created with the 'domain squatting' idea in mind (taking it to the extreme).
