I'm looking for a logo/graphics designer for a moderate volume organizational site. (av. 4000 page views a day) Top 10 listing or better on the big engines. Hundreds of links from other sites world wide.

This is an out of pocket venture. I am willing to offer links or graphic ads to your site. The site is running php-nuke so there is no need for much other than some pleasing eye candy.. I can manipulate code but unfortunatly can't draw or design gfx worth squat..
