well .. i think this would be the forum to place this thread... just checking out the pricing.. not a request actually... but might get one in maybe .. 1/2 yrs time?? or so...
anyways.. how much would the below cost now?

500mb / 1gb space
10gb / 20gb bandwidth
muti domain hosting
unlimited other things* limited to storage space thou
ablity to change MX records for both top and sub domains.
ALL OS other than NT

what would the price now be, in USD?
and what about the price in 1/2 yrs time? would it be possible to predict?

You should be able to get that for about $15/month USD if you have a good look around, and if you post in the "Web Hosting Requests" forum when you're ready to purchase, I'm sure someone could offer you them specifications for about $15.

Besides pricing, look into uptime, response time and support wise. These are far critical than pricing. Best that check them out and monitor for a period of time and keep asking questions till you have clear all doubts.

Test drive the service if they allow you doing so.

Also do a search here on WHT if you find one you like, most companies have come up in conversation around here :)

1gb / 20 gbs / 1-5 extra domains = roughly $25-30 a month I'd expect to pay from a good provider.

Maybe $25 / $35 depending on how nice they are about addon & parked domains ... and how many you wanted.

Well you could get that at $9.95. But as we all know, you'll only have it a couple of days. :)

Doesn't come much cheaper than that if you're looking for quality hosting... Try sprintserve.net though, they're excellent and may be slightly cheaper if you contact them and get a custom package :)

I don't think you'd go wrong with looking in to sprintserve. They seem to be quite helpful around these boards.

xavior84 - You can surely find some host here to offer you 1gb /20gb for $2.99 /mnth. It depends if your after the cheapest you can get or quality service.

Just because one is very cheap doens't make it any good, and the most expensive doesn't mean they are the best around.

Takes time and allot of asking questions I suggest you make up 5 (at least) questions to ask the host's your intrested in ;)

That will tell you more than just others opinions, you can see speed in response, accuracy of answer and much more :D
