My Raq at 4webspace.com is very slow. This is not due to Tera byte. one of the connections is Alternet which is very slow or sometimes its down. Does any one else has the same problem?

it's not just you. It's everyone @ TB/4ws. My server was down for 10 minutes today, everyone was. Steve (Prez of TB) said he is looking into it. Been like this for a few days now.. getting annoying actually.

humm it has been like that since last month not few days!! my frined almost cancelled his raq last month because of the connection problems....so it is way over few days

My isp was using alter.net yesterday all day. When going accross there network it was ping times of 88ms then when you hit the first tera-byte router you get times of 380ms + and at certain stages they were going over 400ms.

I've got the same problem; not always but periodically;

I thought on cancellation some times since I'm at TB/4WS, but finally the RaQ4 package is in overall perfect; you don't get it anywhere else (Rackshack might be half price but they've got a lot of other drawbacks)

Mine was down as well this morning but came right back up.

On the slow side of things are any of you running any tracerts to find the slow connection as it might not be Tera-bytes fault at all, your connection might be the problem.

I am seeing everyone complain about it but no real proof that it is Tera-bytes problem. I for one have had some slow times over the past couple of weeks but I didn't think it was Tera-byte.

Explains the full problem with tera-byte over the last few days and weeks for people. There is more too it but im sure steve will add more too it.
