I normally don't go out of my way to post 'good business dealings' but I recently started hosting with this company and am very satisfied that I chose them.

I opened up a subdomain account with WebMaxHosting a couple of months ago to store a lot of excess data I wanted other folks to access (photo's, schematics, etc). The price was great for 150MB of space with a 4GB limit($10). The initial setup took place almost immediately.

Recently they contacted me to ask how everything was going and to see if I was happy with their service. During that conversation I doubled the storage/bandwidth on that account within a few minutes, no hassles and very quick.

Just today(on a weekend!) I spoke with them again about having my domain name moved over to their servers as I felt reassured in doing so with the stable connections and great service I have experienced so far. Within 10 minutes we had everything taken care of.

I'm not used to this level of service and contact with a service provider and must say that I am really impressed with their response and personal approach to their customers.

I look forward to working with them in the future as I expand my site and move into a commercial sales implementation to market industry specialty and custom electronics which I am developing.
