Hi,
Has anyone here had any luck in getting DI to waive the set-up fee? I want to get the starter server they offer, but I really do not want to pay the $200.00 set-up fee.

Another possibility is to watch for specials. DI has them periodically, especially around certain holidays. You're about 2-3 weeks away from the time period in which they had a July 4 special, as they did last year.

If you look at the Linux 4001 and above there is no set up fee:), Or you could talk to Yvonne (a great sales person who works for them) on ICQ 11291036

They will waive most setup fees
I have 2 servers with them and in both cases I took one of their 4002 servers with $0 setup fees...hate fees
You will be in good hands if you send an email to their senior sales guy..Roland.. they just lowered the fees on their IBM line
:liplick:
