I haven't found any and I looked a while back. Most are simple polling programs. I've been using a perl survey program I like, Event Handler (it also handles contests and a few other events). It can be found at http://www-event-handler.com

There's a free version and the registered one is a very reasonable amount.

I have found that Sympoll is a very good poll script. I cant quite remember the URL, but do a search at www.hotscripts.com and you should find it.
