Hmmm... I've worked with PaySystems before and they were always very professional, I'd be suprised if they actually had a staff member signup at forums as "PaySysDude"...

This isn't against the rules. It is advertising a hosting related topic (payment systems) and therefore belongs in this section.

Isn't it "simply promoting a webmaster site" a more acceptable post would be something about having a sale, price reduction, etc.

Essentially, does this not define the heading "Related Offers"??

Payment proc. means :
Accepting credit card , check payments from your site which is related to Web.
