Emails working fine on this box but recieved time on email it shows is System Time PLUS 11.5 Hours

So If email is recieved @ 9.30 AM ( Morning) it will show recieved @ 9.00 PM same day.
And if email is recieved @ 9.30 PM ( Night ) It will show recieved time @ 9.00 AM Next day.

Make sure that the time is correct on the system. Remember Linux time is based on the 24hour system not 12h

Have you checked your PC's timezone? What timezone are you in?

What timezone is the server set to?

Also, the server's time should be in 24 hour format, is it?
Check the actual time through ssh and not Plesk.

Putting right timezone fixed the problem , I always thought that email shows the system date and time,

Fixed by running sbin/setup - Timezone configuration
