Does anyone here modify or disable the Exim filtering in Cpanel? I have a customer who has asked that I remove the .url filtering from Exim to allow the sending of website links using Outlook Express and the file-send to option in Internet Explorer.
Thanks,
Rob

You can find the filtering exim does in /etc/antivirus.exim

I read the file. That's a nice little feature in exim.
Yes, I know what it filters, just wondering if anyone disables it, or modifies it to add or remove certain extensions?
Thanks,
Rob

Yes. We disable all .eml filtering. I think the list is pretty complete. However I am irritated by .eml especially when I forward emails as attachments. So I killed that.
