I haven't spen with them since the last merger, but before that, I had phone conversations with them several times over about a year.

The call that was made to me was to verify some things before an SSL cert was issued. I can look up some phone numbers, but I think they are already on the website.

I wonder how business's stay alive if you can't even contact them???

I've never had any problems contacting them and we've purchased several certs from them.

They exist, I had several conversations with an actual person at geo when we purchased our first cert. You can always fax them with a note that you need to get a conversation started.

Is this a support or sales question? They seem to handle the support/setup inquiries faster than the pre-sale inquiries.
