Hi!

My server at DI is not down but experiencing heavy packet loss (which comes close to being down ;-).

It seems that not all DI servers are equally affected: www.dialtoneinternet.net is still fully reachable as is their help desk.

Well it looks like the UUnet conection was down - not back with huge packet loss

The tracerts above relate to support.dialoneinternet.com

My own server www.cpfc.org is experiencing 100% packetloss

My server is working fine again.

Why don't you submit a ticket on http://ticketsystem.dialtoneinternet.net?

Have done already

My hosted sites at Dialtone are not reachable and traceroutes show some of them resolving to the wrong IP addresses. I submitted an emergency ticket about an hour ago but no response yet from Dialtone.

Yep, they were experiencing serious network problems.
