But how many of you (Reseller), do actually provide free backup to your customers?
I've been browsing many sites lately (from signatures of posters in this forum) and only very very few announces that they do backup of their data.
Does service providers like donHost.co.uk do backup of all data?
If your provider doesn't provide any backup service, how do you as a reseller, manage to provide backup to your customers?
e.g.. of the mySQL-data etc.?
