View Full Version : What would you do - user filling mail queue

Well, he isn't filling it up alone, but the queue is constantly filled with hundreds of mails to his account (500-800 constantly). He probably signed up for a lot of mailing lists (!). I'm not sure what to do about this. I don't like seing the mail queue constantly being filled up with 1000-1500 mails. What would you have done? I'm not sure about how to react. Hoping for some input.

You may have gotten the customer that the other company dropped. Wouldn't that be weird? :eek:

I would hate to turn against a customer who was being victimized and/or mail bombed. Meaning that they were subscribed to these opt-ins by someone else. I would have to rule that out before I terminate their account. However I may suspend their ability to receive email.
