Well we are looking at up to 120$ maximum a month, i like atwebhosts pricing plans, but all i ever hear is bad about them.

I was looking at rackshack, but i would also like Cpanel, does anyone reccomend rackshack?

try to get it from a DedicatedNow resellers ...You can't get a box from rackshack with cpanel at that price :)

Can you reccomend one to me?

pitty dedicated now has weird setup fees and that, and theplanet it doesnt say weather they are Cpanel or not

But dedicatednow charge $19.95 per monthly.

If I were you I wouldn't go with rackshack. A friend had one from them and its to hard to get ips out of them. expecially if u want more then 32 they wont give u them.

I think RS requires ARIN justification. I wouldn't see any reason for them not to give you them unless you just want them to give them out/sell them without any legit reason.
