Ok, who do I have to blow to get a form processed by Network Solutions? I keep filling out the forms, get the screen that it says it will email me but of course nothing ever happens.
Just want to change the name servers over to my new host. Then again it took 3 months to finally get my address changed on it.

NSI has had their share of problems, and this doesn't shock me in the least.

If you are filling out their forms, and never receiving an e-mail, their mail server is probably malfunctioning again. But with NSI, who knows. Just one of the many reasons we no longer use them.

You can try calling them at 1-800-779-1710. You may wait on hold for a while, but it's their dime.

If you still run into problems after submitting the mail form. Try faxing them.

I had the same problem, so I just constructed the form by hand and sent it in. Copy and paste everything , modify it, and email it to hostmaster@networksolutions.com

As All4You says - cut out the middle step. It isn't absolutely necessary to wait for NetSol to email forms (they did seem to have some sort of problem, though - one of our clients got about 8 of them the other day while transferring a domain). Just be sure that if you use MAIL-FROM that your return/reply addrfess is set to the same email address you used when registering there. Otherwise, they will definitely bounce back a message saying they were unable to process the modification request.

Move your domain(s) to a different registrar(sp) I have 7 domains in total 1 I bought via the then Internic the other 6 from register.com you make your own alterations with register.com you want to modify your DNS you do it they send a confirmation email(about 60 seconds after the request) you click a link click yes 24-48 hours later your fully operational. I moved my 1st domain from Internic to register.com no more hassles I had a question for register.com I called them on a Sunday after noon and got a person...thats service in my book
