We are based in South Africa, and found that most of the 3rd party payment systems do not cater for companies outside the USA.

Any ideas on this?

Are you looking at full merchant or just third party?

both accept foreign clients (3rd party processors)

Planet Payment is a full merchant account that accepts foreign clients too.

What about worldpay.com? Have you tried them?

I took a look at World Pay but they didn't seem much differen to Revecom/Instabill to me. At least not different enough to justify the extra expense.
