There was an idividual here at the forums, by the name of (you wouldn't beleive) Lah_Lah, who acted as if he owns the site... Go figure... his posts disappeared, but his grammar was in the style of Shang :smash:

At least he could have changed the layout of the site a bit more. This one looks like Tacidhost from a mile away.

I guess somebody should talk to all the 400.000+ customers of allsite.co.uk and ask them if the services were good? :D

Can't wait for him to post another "our employees" page...

I don't think so. Perhaps I have been too sarcastic - this is not an advertisment but a WARNING to all possible customers of allsite.co.uk to stay away or atleast read threads about Tacidhost.com before they sign up.

Tacidhost and Shang (it's owner) have screwed a lot of people out of thir money offering a one year hosting account with unlimited bandwidth and disk space and then disappering into the cyberspace.

This new site is almost a complete copy of the old one and 400.000 users is a lie, as mostly everything else on the site... They're after people's money again.

Anyway, if you are interested, read the recent threads about Tacidhost and Shang.

I believe that this person was known as "koo" on the TacidBoard, and the same person who posted this (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11518). Apparently that user name has been banned here for spamming.

What I understand about the situation is that koo was (is?) a former reseller of Shang, and chances are that he/she merely "did a Shang" with his/her own site.

His/her style of poor English is common with South-East Asians, although I'm not saying that all of them speak or write like that...I'm one who doesn't :)

However, I can't imagine the type of support that he/she is giving his/her customers :rolleyes:

P.S. Looking at the Malaysian pricing at allsite.co.uk, I am also led to believe this is either the work of koo or one of his/her resellers. Perhaps someone would like to confirm this?

Eddie (I'm guessing that's your name since it's on your e-mail), I hope you understand that I'm not questioning the existence of support, but the quality of your support. If your style of writing (and the number of typos) is anything to go by, I don't think your support will be of much help to your customers.

Also, the 400,000 websites are customers of Fasthosts, not yours. While most hosts do allow resellers to use parts of their site text, you are lying to customers (and would-be customers) by making that claim on your site.

I hope you realise that Shang is a bad example to learn from.

Well, I guess I might be wrong. I remember Shang talking about a partner in Malasia, so anything is possible...

I stand corrected and apologize for any inconvenience I might have caused to Eddie, but I strongly suggest to redo the site and make it look different than Tacidhost.

If nothing else, you copied Shang's site layout and scripts and are also telling untruths about the number of your customers, servers, etc.

The only thing really wrong with Shang were his lies and his unability to keep his word or talk honestly... Don't do the same!

People always want to talk about me, but I am not shang, I have mention many many time at this forum, and many many people have prove it.

We have a very good comment from our customer now, proof our business is right, I think we are all host here, we have a choices to share our opnion, but please don't make some body bad images, like me, may be I can get more business, but since your are talking shang with me, then I lost many business now.

We host lots of web sites and have never had a review of any kind (good or bad) at any of the web hosting review sites.


Fasthosts:
Have a bad reputation for downtime and not communicating with their resellers.
(do a search on the .uk internet news groups)
They also do not allow their resellers to resell, so if this host is caught offering reseller facilites off his reseller account there will be problems.

i.e. no matter how good the intentions of the reseller, they are totally reliant on a supplier who cannot provide the services the reseller is offering.
Its a house of cards.

My Company will be open on 1 August 2001, they are doing Web design, selling/supporting computer/server, Networking, software/web application developing ... all others related to IT.
We have a very strong Design Team, Support Team, Marketing Team, Software Team, Management... We have partner from Germany, US, UK, Canada... all over the world... :blush: :D
This is to expand my business, because now I am doing the hosting services only.

We are using FH reseller now, but we have a good plaining on our hosting, we will move all our hostee to our dedicater server soon, so we will have the full control of the server, we just use FH for start, because it is easy and fine for starter. :D

FH is ok only for starting business, but can not be a long relationship, this is the important thing.

We use FH because we have many customer after Shang has closing, we want to solve all the customer problem first, then we will provide the best services for all the customer, after we are moving.

Everything is improve now. We never let our customer feel alone. Everytime they need help, we are here to help.
