Hello all
I need opinions..
I just did a search on google for something to do with the search: DMH Hosting
I pulled us up 1st, but then down a little bit it found the domain http://www.dmhhos.com with was also a hosting company by the name of DMH
Is this allowed?

Hmn.. the page cannot be displayed. It returns me a 404 page.

Does he use anything from your site? Does he use your slogan? Is your slogan copyrighted? Is your name copyrighted?
Be carefull, I looked up the whois on this and this particular domain was registered well before yours.

Well to be honest their site looks better and it appears they offer quite a few services other than just webhosting.
I think DMH is probably the initials to a name, hence on the website it says DMH Online Services = dmhos
I'd just be happy with what you got and if you want to protect your name identity then register the .net / .info / .cc / .biz or any other tld that you think is important.

It should be ok if none of you all trademarked the word "DMH."
