there may be some out there. but if you want to start up as a host.. some basic things that clients like are given on http://www.raqzone.com with detailed instructions.

The board there was pretty quiet even when it was running.

I'd rate the Cobalt mailing lists as the best and this board as the #2 forum I've found for RaQs. One thing I like about this forum over the mailing lists (specifically the "General" list) is that it's a heck of a lot friendlier here. :)

Cannot agree more - and this forum is far more "instant" (the Cobalt User list is very slow).

But the Cobalt lists (combined with the archives) are the best Cobalt resource available. Even the Cobalt knowledge base is lacking - it features mostly RaQ 2 and RaQ 3 issues.
