Ok i have to ask maybe some one will know. What the hell is up with CPanel and this automagicly..

I mean how funny is this to see when you have a control panel and it tels you this.

(Warning: If you choose to enable the nameserver on this machine there is currently no way to automagicly turn it back off. Please do not enable it unless you really need a nameserver. )

Plus in the e-mails it send and every thing.. LOL

This is on the VDI ver. does burst have the same thing.. :D

I'd love to see somebody proof all the text that is on the WHM and cPanel. "automagicly" and "extentions" would be first on my list to go, along with some of the most appalling grammar I've ever seen.

I missed extentions some how..LOL

But it said how may times they used these not just one place but every where.. LOL

I think they were trying to be "funny" by using that (auto-magic-al-ly -- which appears to be a poor spelling of a nonexistant word) made up word, in place of "automatically". Or, is that what you both were referring to?

Actually, I don't mind the fact that they were trying to be cute. I do mind that they didn't spell it correctly. Automagically is something that's been around just about forever (at least I remember it from my VAX days at college), and some of us hold fond memories for uses of such terms...but a good proofing of the WHM and cPanel is definitely in order.

I know what you mean, and I too wouldn't mind. I think though, that I'm just so bothered by the code, that everything else on top of it -- albeit trivial -- just puts the icing on the cake. You'd think they'd have dome _something_ decent. Oh well.

On the other hand, g is right below t on the keyboard...

Who knows

I've seen university graduates write things like "automaticly" or "universecity"... even people who supposedly learned English as their first language. I guess what is comes down to is the fact that most people are born illiterate ;)

I think its got something to do with the fact that most tasks in life are mundane, wholly monotonous and the only way we can enlighten our lives is to create quirky typos to make people smile :D
