Okay, I'm not a business or anything. I just want a small website for fun. I do not need much transfer nor much disk space, and my main focus of study right now is ASP development. Here are my low requirements that only require a fraction of server resources:

ASP (I know, most hosts don't have this)
CGI
20mb+ disk space
Less than 100mb transfer per month
Domain & Subdomain Hosting (A must, I have my domain already)
POP Email (maybe a few?)
No PHP/MySql necessary (but of course more is better)

I'm looking at $1/month with a maximum of $18 per year

If anyone could possibly give me these services (for free even) I would really appreciate it, as I do not need much server resources -- just some space to develop ASP.
