I am working on a big webmaster network/ resource guide. I need a flexible host becasue I am on a tight busget. I would be able to send a good amount of clients hopefully to the hositng compnay with some pakages we are trying to offer. It should grow and even become very profitable. I need a host with the following.

PHP
mySQL
CGI
SSI
Subdomains
A foreign domain (my sites domain)
And a deal (like referals) for refered hosing.
