I have webalizer 2.0 on my server.... (Raq4r). The date got screwed up and was put forward to Jan2002... I reset the date to normal and now it doesn't process stats for any days before the Jan2002 date.

Can I delete the web.log file it the /logs directory and will apache re-create the web.log file if I do so? I figure that way the Jan2002 entries will be gone and things will work fiine...


Please, any help apprecitated.

I'd think the logs should rotate out in a day and everything should work fine...
