I've just had CPanel installed on my server (with Rackspace) and have had problems with mySql. I keep getting emails saying:

mysql failed @ Wed Jun 6 02:30:48 2001. A restart was attempted automagicly.

Also in the "service status" button in cpanel, it says that Sql has failed.

The guys who installed it aren't replying to my emails.

I have no experience with fixing these things, what should I do?
