My login information isn't saved here at WHT as well as other vB forums I participate in. Is it me or is there something wrong with my computer? I tried to "repair" IE but that does nothing.

Should I just uninstall IE and retry again?

before you go through the trouble, although i bet you already looked into these things... but try..

1) make sure that you have... Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)... to YES in your account options

2) You set IE to allow the use of cookies

Yeah, checked those. I'm going to "repair" IE to see if it fixes it. Thanks for your suggestions...

Thanks :) Well, it appears that my problem is fixed but I'll see after I reboot a few times. All my settings under the Security tab in Internet Options were set to custom. I changed it all to default to see if that makes a difference. Hopefully I won't have to login anymore...

hehe yea... its like a home away from home... and you get frustrated whenever you try you go out and try to come back home and it asks for a login/pass! :D

It all started when I reverted back to Win98SE from Win2k. What OS are you running?

win2k with IE 5.5

Ah ok.. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it happened when I upgraded to IE 5.5. Now i'm back at 5.0 and it's still happening. I'll try to goto 5.5 again to see what's up.
