at least 10MB space
at least 2GB bandwidth
Support for Perl, C, C++, Tcl, Python, Java Servlets, WAP
PHP4, SSI
Database support for MySQL, mSQL
Control Panel, Telnet, SSH, FTP
Cron tab, DNS Wildcards enabled

Extras (optional)
Static IP

I'm basically looking for a host where I can do my script development. The demands on space and bandwidth are not large. I would also prefer a host that has a support team that is technically competant in the programming environment aspects of their server (system, modules, etc.) as well could answer any database related questions.

I'm looking to spend around $7/mo, annual payment plans will be considered.
