Any account holders from Aletiahosting? How'd you find them? Is the support fast?, reliable uptime?

Hi! I am a customer of Aletia Host and found them through GUIStuff.com forums. I just signed up 1 or 2 weeks ago and they have been extremly helpful. They were previously @ BurstNET(tm) which has been having difficulties with uptime and are, I just got my email with my new account, switching to NAC.net. I had a few problems and questions which were resolved right away via AIM and today I signed up for Everyone.net and send them an email to change the MX records, which was done in 15 minutes. Aletia Host is a VERY GOOD host!! I higly recommend them. I will report back in a week or 2 after the switch to NAC.net

First class host.... My credit card details were stolen last week so my card was cancelled - Aletia have been very understanding on the whole matter and despite the fact payments are now due, they are being very patient with me.

Luckily my new card is due this week....but what a nightmare!

I just hope http://www.aletiahosting.com doesn't get *too* big - their customer support is second to none and I would hate to lose the superb personal touch they offer....

:)

We HAVE NOT been having problems with our network uptime. We have had 99.7% on our network uptime since our data center opened. The 2nd DS3 line coming in 3-4 weeks will raise that even higher.

I'm sorry, I misspoke/typed. What I ment was, from what I heard, the Sprint backbone has had downtime.
