I am trying to sign up for one host, but 2checkout.com says after clicking to submit the order:

Your order has not been processed and no credit card has been billed.

Reason For Failure: Card Unidentifiable Error (Issuing Bank)

What's the problem? I entered all of my details correctly, and I bought with my card 15 minutes before that!

I e-mailed them but now reply yet, I am in hurry, so I thought someone here will help me for sure :)

In your credit card, the first 4 digits (I believe) identifies which bank it is from. It's a possibility that somehow the record is not in their database, or there was a connection error at that point in time.

Try again 1-2 more times, and see if it works.

If it works before, chances are it's a temporarily system error. Does the place you are buying from has alternative means (e.g Paypal)

Yes it have, but I haven't :D because I am buying from Egypt, which isn't supported by PayPal yet!
