Im looking for a software package that is capble of providing a helpdesk function such as ticket tracking and email to ticket piping along with live support option. The closest ive seen is kayako's which isnt bad but wanted to explore any other alternatives you guys have run across. I may need to look for two seperate packages but wanted to check with all of you first.

there's always perldesk but no live support option for that. but it does have everything else.
