I am looking for a reasonabily good, cheap, realiable host.

That will host many domains (10 would be enough)
With php, subdomains, no less than 500MB.
With e-mail and a nice cp.

and a fair bit of band too.

Try posting in the REQUEST (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=32) forum, so host may be able to answer directly to you, or try browsing OFFERS (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=4) for some cheap packages.

Also if you Find / Get interesting offer, be sure to search for that host using WHT SEARCH (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?)
to find out if there are any good or bad comments posted about them

It sounds like you are looking for a small reseller account. I suggest taking a look around the forums and finding 5 or 6 that interest you and then come back and look for some feedback on them from current customers, you could also post a request in the shared hosting requests forum, but it is still always better to get feedback on hosts you are interested in rather than just picking one based on what they offer not having any experience with them. good luck and let us know what you end up with.
