so why say UNLIMITED if your terms say

2) Bandwidth Policy

2.1) Monthly bandwidth allowance is stated as unlimited. However, if we feel that a customer is using excessive amounts of bandwidth per month, and is affecting the service we provide to our other customers, then we reserve the right to cancel their hosting package.

Another Joker here folks!

But does the offer I offered to WHT members include an unlimited bandwidth feature? NO IT DOESNT thats for a seperate package, so before you decide to bad mouth the service in future I think you should take a look at what we offer.

More comments appreciated.

Actually, I think that such a policy speaks volumes about a company that chooses to conduct business in this fashion.

I've had to deal with several UK companies that had policies like this and they are all, IMHO, pure fraud. If you paid for "unlimited bandwidth" from your pipe, e.g. Verio and then you were shut down because your clients were using "too much bandwidth" I'm sure you'd scream bloody murder. Bottom line is that if you aren't offering unlimited bandwidth then don't say that you are. The fact that you are offering it to certain customers and not the educated kind as there are here is still disturbing.

I hope that you take some of the good material here and put it to good use at your business. :)
