A lot of hosts and other users are using revecom to accept cc payments right? So i was wondering, when a cleint signs up for your service... do you ask them to input there info twice [ once so you can store it and other so revecom can store it ] or how do you do it? this is something that has been bothering me for a few days :(
any ideas?

kunal, ask them about TPP-Pro system :)
it will allow you to pass variables from your own forms then pass it to revecom's payment forms.

Kunal,
All their information is available to you via the control panel (except for the CC details). I presume you want e-mail address and location etc? Just select their name from the accounts and it'll pop up in a window.
Granted that's a little time consuming if you're fielding hundreds of new people a day :)

If you seriousley consider the Pro, talk to me and I can get you a good system that calculates the totals of their orders on the spot and tells the TPP-Pro system what to charge them. Either way... RevEcom still gets their information first. TPP-Pro just allows you to not create pre-setup packages, which is a very nice feature.

I was just wondering,
You know on its website that says that they offer multicurrency transaction.
Does that mean that you are able to offer your goods/services at fixed currency???
ie, If you are based in US, and you want to offer Fixed Canadian dollars,
is that allowed???
What do they mean by the Multicurrency transaction??

From what I know, it seems that if you use revecom, then you are able to offer your services in fixed USD only,
This is different from PlanetPayment whereby you can offer your services in a particular fixed currency.
With regards to revecom, the multicurrency payment option they say they offer isn't a really multicurrency payment like the ones planetpayment have. All it does is just convert your services priced in USD to another currency and then take that money out from the customers account exactly on what was converted.
As for payment back to you, then you'll be paid in 22 currencies, depending on your choice.
So, Revecom's multicurrency payment system isn't a real one, because you cannot offer your services at a fix currency.
I'm in Australia and I don't think my customers would like to find that they have to pay $USD all the time, and not knowing how much the exchange rate will they be charged month by month.
Does anyone know whether there is a third party solution that has a REAL Multicurrency payment system???
