Looking for OSCommerce or PHP whizz to help with a translation

I am trying to convert the language of OS Commerce for one of my potential customers. I went to the OS Commerce forums and found out you need to translate a language the following way:

“Duplicate every single file in the /includes/languages/english/ folder as well as english.php in both catalog and admin and then translate all of it.”

However I have attempted to get it to go to no avail – the guy has spent ages (even made new buttons) to try and translate it and seems fine. So what I am looking for is someone to fix this for me. It could be as easy as setting the language correctly (I have no idea how to do this) could be harder, basically need to compare translated files with english ones.

As for payment I have been doing this as a pre sale service at no charge, but I am prepared to pay the following:

$25 for successful completion. If he stays on (which is almost certain if this works) I will pay you $10 per month he is with us for the next 6 months (basically half his monthly fees). All payments by paypal or credit card. Essentially completion would be having it all work, plus instructions on how to install it in future. We would pay $10 to install it if he wants you to do it in future. We are using Cpanel to install it through.

Let me know if you are interested in this offer!
