a 100/m is fair enough. I saw some server management services that charge just that which covers server monitoring and recompiles of php. Charges more a bit for additional services covering from software installations, apache upgrades, and module installations.

Yep. $100 a month seems fair to me. But make sure you layout exactly what is, and what isnt covered, as well as the number of hours of support it includes, etc.
