I'm curious to know how resellers control the content of their customers (warez/porno/illegal activities/etc..).
Do you take a look in the accounts of the customers?
Is this legal?
What if a customer ask about how do you control the contents?

Its a website, its perfectly legal to view a open site, now if its closed is something else, weather you can use your sysop powers to get legally depends on you location....

As the owner of the server, you have a right to see what is on the server. Warez is illegal. It is YOUR server. You may be held responsible.

If they want ulimate privacy, they need their own server and connections.

Make sure you have a good 'terms of service'
