Do you mean to add more databases for user? RS support forum has a HowTo for this through phpMyAdmin.

that may help also but in the ensim control panel as the user I only see how to create 1 database

As a site admin or reseller you cannot add additional databases, only the 1 which comes with each site added.

Only the server admin / root can add additional databases.
