Does anyone know if Assorted Internet (assortedinternet.com) is worth looking at as a host? The firm's website has some attractive offers and talks a good game, but I'd like to hear from people that actually have some significant experience with the hosting from Assorted. Do these folks deliver what they promise? Are they resellers or do they own their own equipment and data center? Etc?

While it may be irrelevant, it is of some concern that the firm doesn't appear to post a physical address, phone number, lenght of time in the hosting business, or information about the firm itself. As well, it could be a plus that most of the user questions on the site are answered by the President, or it could mean that there isn't any other staff to speak of. If anyone can fill in details, I'd appreciate it.

I changed to assortedinternet for my hosting company about a month ago. They are the best I've seen in years.

I love their e-mail filtering and "spamassian". They've cut my spam from over a hundred a day to about 5 or 6, and I can live with that.

They have a great control panel and a "STATS" page that will blow your mind!
