59.* is dead in the water at the moment

Yes - really laggy for me as well, I noticed it when I was trying to download something from cpanel.net at amazing speeds of .5 bytes/sec

appears their whole network is down.. support.burst.net and burst.net are down... cannot put in a support ticket... hopefully someone has noticed to problem already.

so is it true that dedicatednow is making a come back as far as support and stability goes?

i was patient with them for quite some time, but this is really really ticking me off. it never fails, it always goes down right in the middle of doing something important. beginning to look elsewhere for service.......

Definatly! they got real support on weekend now. Server was down and they rebooted it within a few minutes today and yesterday in the morning :)

Yeah I've been getting pings of around 3500 ms as well. It's better than yesterday (we were down) but it certainly makes doing any type of development work impossible. I've been trying to install PHPAdsnew since Friday with no luck. Normally that's a 10 min job. Oh well.

not sure about speeds, but i'd have about 1 hour of totally unaccesible downtime per day

I've been with nocster for over nine months and I have been more than happy with them for almost all of that time. I've never yelled or screamed at nocster when my machines went down (a rarity until recently), I've always been patient, however enough is enough. This nonsense has been going on for weeks now. They either do know how, or do not care enough to once and for all fix whatever it is that is causing these down times. I don't want to hear they don't have control over this. I don't see these types of problems happening to any other datacenter on a regular basis. I personally know many people that are leaving Nocster over these issues. Their reputation (which had been good) is quickly deteriorating. It would behoove them to act quickly to shore up whatever goodwill may be left before they are forever known as brokenNET. I'm pulling for you Burst, but time is quickly running out.

This is very bad. I am done with them when my prepay is up...
