Protollix

Ok so before I started Protollix, I signed up with Hostblock.net to consolidate all my personal sites under one reseller account. I went with them because they offered a lot of space and b/w which I needed for a site that would be hosting files (game demos for a gaming clan).
Several times, they claimed a customer had uploaded bad zone files (!!) and rendered sites unusable for a brief period. Ok, no problem, accident happen.
However, their service absolutely sucks. Submit a support ticket, and you MIGHT get a response. Most times though, I wait a week and after no response I post in their forums which gets me a response within a few hours (go figure).
So since I started Protollix, I wanted to move to a dedicated server, which I did. I submitted a support ticket on March 11 to cancel my account.
On March 13th I updated the ticket since I had gotten no response.
March 14th I posted on their forum about it, Saifullah promptly informed me to email sales@hostblock.net. I did so that day (March 14th).
Friday, the 21st there was still no response so I updated the ticket (again) and posted on their forum. They deleted the post today and still have not cancelled my account (AFAIK, I have received no notification of such).
Stay away from these idiots at all cost. They keep saying they are opening a datacenter, and keep saying they are doing this or doing that and they never do it.
Worst experience ever. I searched 2checkouts site, but I don't see a way to cancel my billing directly with them. Can I just submit a support request to 2CO with my evidence and have them cancel my billing?
