What??? Please try to be more helpful. Maybe you meant you don't always support *your* resellers but people seem to be happy reselling for VenturesOnline and HostMatters, etc.... :confused:

I'm sorry chicken! :) I didn't mean it like that, yes resellers are backed by their hosts for questions that they can't answer themselves but not usually for all tech questions. Just giving my $.02

You'll find telaserv (http://www.telaserv.net) offer great packages and excellent support for reselling. Their service is excellent.
