Okay here's what I need.
The last request, I relaised was insane,if I want to do what I was gonan do with that type of bandwidth, I would need a dedicated server.
Heres my new things I'm looking for.For less than 8$ a month.

~300 megs of DiskSpace
~5 gigs
Can run most of those 5 gigs as CGI scripts
Raw Access Logs
At least 30 email accounts(prefferably unlimited)
MySQL,a few databases.
At least 10 subdomains(prefferably more)
Good control panel
Dedicated IP
At least 3 domain parkings and pointers(prefferably more)
At least 3 FTP accounts(prefferably more)
PHP
CGI in Perl,C,C++,Python etc.
ASP(optional but pretty important)
ColdFusion(Optional but not AS important)
PRIVATE Cgi-bin
Password Protected Directories
Must be running of a T1 or OC3 line.
Unix server(ASP is probably going to have to be ChiliSoft)

Now I will explain why I need that for such a low price...I'm sure none of you care,but in case someone does,here you go.
I'm a young teenager.I write Perl scripts as a hobby.I could afforf 20$ a month hosting(site5) but since its only a hobby my mom says it needs to be less than 100$ a year.Thats why I need everything so cheap.I also am beginning to branch off to a few other programming languages,and start a whole scripting network,thats why I need the PHP,ColdFusion,ASP.

do the tech support people for these companies work for less than minimum wage for these hosting companies? less than 8 a month and you want support and you want all those features hmmm, so we work for kibbles?

I dont think you will get that much for that less. Either Decrease The Space & Bandwidth or increase the Price.
