I'm asking for alternatives...

I have 2 clients transferring domains fr another hosting company to mine.

but the previous host refuse to authorize the transfers even after we have sent in authorization letters (via the registrant's email)

the issue has been dragging on for over 2 mths...

I am with enom and the current host is with Tucows,

I am trying not to reveal the name of the host as i am not trying to bad mouth them.

I just want to solve this problem. Are there alternatives to asking them for authorization? can i go to Tucows directly?

Is your client's e-mail address listed as the admin contact on the domain? The registrar transfer process from Tucows to eNom normally goes very smoothly. Where in the transfer process are you encounting the problem?

previous host not authorizing the transfers.....
not problem with registrars.

well, we are in the midst of email correspondences to have them authorize now....
