Who should I go through if I am signing up 15+ web hosting accounts. i want to go through hostingmatters.com, they offer reasonable prices, but it gets expensive for 15 accounts. Who do you guys recommend? Something in the $3.00 range area. or maybe more/less.

How about a small dedicated?

If you can tell him a host which sells a dedicated for 15$ x 3 = 45$ area?

Why don't you get a freeserver account?
I don't think that you go to get anything for less money than in hostingmatters.com

I went ahead with hostingmatters.com... Heck no, $45 is not too much... I pay that a month for many site I own. I wanted something around $3.. And as a reseller for hostingmatters, I can now get the 4.95 package.
