Monday client registers a domain name all is fine name accepted ..
Tuesday morning name is on the whois database tueday night name is off the database....
and so it goes the same each day untill present.............
Result i am losing a client he also wants some form of compensation from me as it was in my affiliate account he got the domain name for the hosting service i was going to provide.
my move next is to icann to register a formal complaint against the company and i also will be wanting compensation this is not the first time this has happened the last time it was with a .org name which i understood as it was going through the transition at the time but there is no excuse this time just bad running of a company that in my opinion does not deserve to be an accredited domain name seller.
Please accept this as a grovelling apology on my part i took the word of the client that the domain name that he registered was the correct one he signed up the hosting package for which it turns out it was not he gave the wrong domain name to me on signup and so i have corrected the mistake on his part and will be informing him in no uncertain terms the situation that he put me thru.
